These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeautyStack's mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully.
By using BeautyStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BeautyStack. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign up using your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Each user is permitted one account. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone else.
BeautyStack offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to those platforms' terms.
BeautyStack displays affiliate links to third-party retailers, including Amazon, Sephora, and Ulta. When you click these links and complete a purchase, BeautyStack may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. The price you pay is the same whether you use an affiliate link or go directly to the retailer.
BeautyStack is not the seller of any products listed in the app. All purchases are made directly with the retailer, and the retailer's terms, return policies, and customer service apply. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, accuracy, or availability of products sold by third parties.
BeautyStack lets you create stacks, lists, profiles, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting Your Content to the Service, you grant BeautyStack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to post it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

The Service, including its design, software, content, trademarks, and logos, is owned by BeautyStack or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Sephora, Ulta, Amazon, and others). Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account in the app or by contacting hello@beautystack.app.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT PRICES, AVAILABILITY, OR PRODUCT INFORMATION SHOWN IN THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE.
BeautyStack provides general information about beauty products. It is not medical or dermatological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for specific concerns about your skin or health.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTYSTACK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold BeautyStack harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
