Welcome to BeautyStack. By accessing or using the BeautyStack iOS app, website, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use BeautyStack. If you're between 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us at hello@beautystack.app immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not impersonate another person, use a misleading username, or maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate features.
You retain ownership of content you create on BeautyStack — your stacks, profile information, photos, notes, reviews. By posting content publicly, you grant BeautyStack a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
You're responsible for the legality of content you post. Don't post content that infringes copyright, violates privacy, harasses others, contains spam, or violates any law.

BeautyStack participates in affiliate programs. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate partnerships do not influence which products we surface or recommend.
Purchases made through affiliate links are governed by the terms of the retailer you transact with, not BeautyStack. We are not responsible for the products, fulfillment, or customer service of affiliate retailers.
BeautyStack offers paid subscription tiers ("BeautyStack Plus") with additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancel any time in your iOS device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled per Apple's App Store refund policy.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@beautystack.app or via the in-app delete account flow.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
BeautyStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of content (including product information, prices, or availability). Affiliate retailer information is provided by the retailers themselves and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyStack and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Florida.
